What was done:

1. Lobby Server:

   1. Added star mechanic;

   2. Added tank rating;

   3. Added tank ranks;

   4. Debugging;

2. Client/Server:

   1. The data is synchronized by lobby server changes;

   2. Partially changed GUI (fuel, rating);

   3. Maps load 20 times faster;

   4. Added the ability to restore destroyed map objects;

   5. Added the ability to change the map during the match (debugging mode);
