What was done:

1. Lobby Server:

   1. Added support for user ban;

   2. Expanded API for user registration;

   3. Various parts of the API (and database) have been changed for the new data type for the gold currency;

   4. The implementation of the wallet logic has begun;

   5. Debugging;
